Used for

  • Monday at the machine trader

A machine-trading firm on Monday: three customers want a quick call in the same afternoon, and the founder's box is already tight. The worker proposes times that fit the rules you set and does not stack them on top of each other. You choose whether those holds stay as drafts or become confirmed meetings — the odd site visit stays visible for a person.

  • The same Thursday review

An insurance broker runs the same Thursday pipeline review every week, same length, same people you already named. The worker holds the slot and finishes the known invite. You can keep it on drafts, or let it confirm so the founder is not typing the same three times each Wednesday.

  • The software firm's calendar

A B2B software firm has connected the founder calendar. Time-asks land as mail and as invites; the worker proposes slots against working hours and stages the agenda from what you already wrote. You set whether it stops at a hold or also confirms. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • No travel at the engineers

An engineering consultancy gets a client who wants Friday, and the founder already marked that week as no travel. The worker does not confirm over the block. It offers other slots and leaves the clash with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of override may go through too.

  • Monday at the accountants

An accounting firm on Monday: yesterday's leadership recap listed seven next steps and three owners have not moved. The worker turns the notes into tasks and drafts the chase. You choose whether those pings stay as drafts or go out. Empty guesses stay off the list.

  • The same weekly standup

A payroll bureau runs the same weekly standup, same three owners, same two follow-ups you already named. The worker finishes that known list from the notes. You can keep it on drafts, or let it send so the person who ran the meeting is not chasing by hand.

  • The hotel task list

A hotel has connected the task tool. Kickoff notes and a promised access list land; the worker stages the assignments in the tool you already use. You set whether it stops at the list or also sends the chase. Paste in chat is still enough if you have not given access yet.

  • A pushback at the construction consultants

A construction consultancy has an owner who pushes back on a task, or a board paper that was promised and is not in the notes. The worker does not invent the paper or run the meeting. It flags the row and leaves the argument with a person — unless you explicitly say that kind of chase may also go out.

Who does this today

The founder, CEO, or the assistant who currently guards the calendar and then writes the recap. The person who today says yes to too many “quick calls” and chases the list afterwards.

What it does not do

It does not invent an agenda or a next step that was not in the notes, and it does not treat every invite as more important than a block you marked. You set whether it only proposes and drafts or also confirms and sends. Focus time you marked stays blocked, and owners who push back stay with a person — until you move that setting.
